Samu Szemerey, Budapest: Infrastructures in transition: the urban potential of invisible networks

I will talk about the intersection of the phenomena of the railway infrastructure, the immigrant Asian communities' urban positions, and the market as a space where the two meet. I will analyse the present situation as a possible starting point for new urban narratives that can be used in artistic or architectural approach to the city. I also plan to show a short movie about the urban landscape embedded in the infrastructural network, spreading out throughout the whole area of Budapest.
